From groundbreaking to occupancy in less than 12 months Suncoast completed the design-build of Asbury Automotive Group’s 88,000 sf Mercedes-Benz of Tampa facility in January 2011. Adhering to the Mercedes Benz Autohaus design guidelines, the 9.24 acre site features a two-story new car showroom; a 30,000 square foot roof deck for new vehicle inventory; administrative offices, meeting, training and employee break rooms; and a fully-automatic car wash, and detail center. The customer lounge offers a private view of 56 climate-controlled service bays, the Aristas Café which employs only young adults with Autism – a special amenity that serves both its customers and the community in a unique way.
