In 1987, Suncoast AutoBuilders set a goal to become the auto dealers' premier design-builder. In the beginning, we stayed focused on that niche market, serving our clients and building our company by using integrity and competence as the foundation for our success. With hundreds of completed projects on our reference list - and a growing client portfolio that boasted 99% repeat/referral business year after year - we then decided to expand our horizons by obtaining a second general contractor's license, as Strick Development Co., to handle commercial, retail, multi-functional specialty facilities, and other non-automotive projects.
